PAYMENT FIGURES REPORTED IN COLUMN (V) REPRESENT TOTAL COMPENSATION PAID UP FRONT TO THE FUNDRAISER DURING THIS TAX YEAR. THE FIGURES REPORTED IN COLUMN (IV) FOR AMERIDIAL INC, MISIONWIRED, DIALOGUE DIRECT INC, INFOCISION INC, MDS COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION, NEW CANVASSING EXPERIENCE INC, RKD GROUP LLC, TELEFUND INC, AND THOMPSON, HABIB & DENISON INC, REFLECT INITIAL REVENUE RESULTS, BUT DO NOT REFLECT TOTAL LIFETIME VALUE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT WILL BE GENERATED AS A RESULT OF THE FUNDRAISER'S 2021 CAMPAIGNS.
