DETAILED RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED ON ELIGIBILITY AND RECIPIENTS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. INFORMATION IS KEPT FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS. FUNDS FOR SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS ARE SENT TO THE CHURCHES. THE RECIPIENT CHURCH THEN MATCHES THE FUNDS AND FOLLOWS UP WITH THE INDIVIDUAL WHO RECEIVED THE FUNDS.
