OTHER BENEFITS: SOCIAL CLUB DUES ARE PAID BY THE ORGANIZATION AND USED BY VARIOUS MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION, INCLUDING OFFICERS, KEY EMPLOYEES AND HIGHEST COMPENSATED EMPLOYEES, TO HOST DONORS, MEET WITH KEY BUSINESS PARTNERS, ETC. EACH MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION USING THE CLUB SUBSTANTIATES BUSINESS USE BY PROVIDING EVIDENCE TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DATE AND BUSINESS PURPOSE OF THE MEETING. IT IS THE POLICY OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT THE CLUB MAY ONLY BE USED FOR BUSINESS RELATED MEETINGS.
