PART I, LINE 1A UNDER SOME CIRCUMSTANCES STC US EMPLOYEES BASED INTERNATIONALLY WILL RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL LIVING ALLOWANCES ("ILA") IN LINE WITH SCUS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS U.S. GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS UNDER AWARDS. ILA PACKAGES CAN INCLUDE PAYROLL ALLOWANCES SUCH AS DANGER PAY/EXPENSIVE POST, TRAVEL ALLOWANCES TO GET TO/FROM THE POST, HOUSING ALLOWANCES TO OFFSET HOUSING COST IN COUNTRY OF ASSIGNMENT AND OTHER ALLOWANCES SUCH AS EDUCATION FOR EXPATRIATE FAMILIES WHILE AT POST. THERE WERE TWO STAFF (NATHALIE GAMANCHE AND DANIEL ABBOTT) WHO RECEIVED INTERNATIONAL LIVING ALLOWANCES INCLUDING HOUSING, HARDSHIP AND EDUCATION ALLOWANCES FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTS IN 2021.
SCHEDULE J, PART I, LINE 7 NON-FIXED PAYMENTS LUMP-SUM PAYMENTS (AS A PERCENTAGE OF BASE SALARY) BASED ON A COMBINATION OF INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE WERE MADE TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
