Part VI Section B LN 11b	Form 990 is prepared under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer. It is reviewed by an independant tax advisor. Before filing with the IRS, Form 990 is submitted to all board members.
Part VI. B LN 12b	Disclosure of interest that could give rise to conflicts is required as they arise, not annually.
Part VI. Section B LN 12c	The conflict of interest policy applies to any director, officer or member of committee. A person must disclose the existence of financial interest in connection with any actual or possible conflict of interest. After disclosure, the person shall leave the governing body or committee meeting while the determination of a conflict of interest is discussed and voted upon. The governing body or committee shall determine whether the organization can obtain, with reasonable efforts, a more advantageous transaction or arrangement from a person or entity that would not give rise to a conflict of interest. If a more advantageous transaction or arrangement is not reasonably possible under the circumstances without producing a conflict of interest, the governing body or committee shall determine by a majority vote of the disinterested members whether it is fair and reasonable. Minutes of the governing body or committee meeting shall contain all proper information.
