ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES SALARIES ARE DETERMINED BY THE PRESIDENT/CEO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIRD PARTY COMPENSATION SURVEYS. THE MOST RECENT STAFF COMPENSATION STUDY WAS COMPLETED IN 2022. IN ADDITION, PERIODICALLY, THE STAFF REVIEWS FORMS 990 OF ORGANIZATIONS WITH SIMILAR MISSIONS TO HELP DETERMINE COMPENSATION. |
