Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | The Human Resource Committee of the Board of Directors conducts and annual evaluation of the Chief Executive Officer. The evaluation consists of organizational goals and objectives, which become the CEO's goals for his performance evaluation. The annual report is collated, reviewed, and accepted by the full Board of Directors. The Human Resource Committee then meets with the CEO, who has conducted a self-evaluation, and is also evaluated on five categories. The Committee meets independently of the CEO and determines compensation based upon the evaluation and review of local, regional, and national CEO's compensations, and reports with recommendations to the full Board of Directors. This process was last undertaken in 2022. For the Associate Chief Executive Officer, Perseus House researched local, regional, and national salaries for the Associate CEO. His salary is then determined based upon this information and approved by the full Board of Directors during the annual process of the budget presentation and approval. This process was last undertaken in 2022. |
