Pt VI, Line 15b Comparability data of two kinds were utilized in determining the salaries of the staff. A chart of compensation specific to lawyers of public interest and general practice lawyers for Northern Virginia shows that the salaries of the lawyers on staff is less than comparably experienced lawyers in this region. The U.S. Department of Labor statistics for lawyers as well as other current positions was reviewed, and the compensation of the those positions is also less than the DOL prevailing wages.
