THIS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES IN MOST INSTANCES SIGNIFICANT RENOVATIONS, FINANCING COSTS, AND CONSULTING AND LEGAL COSTS ARE FUNDED BY COLLEGE ACHIEVE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS, INC.
