||There have been updates made to the membership classification and Executive Board titles and positions. Membership shall consist of Active members, Associate members, and Probationary members. All members will be listed by the Secretary according to therir appropriate membership status. The Executive Board shall consist of the following: President/Chief, Vice President of Administration/Assistant Chief of Administration, Vice President of Operations/Assistant Chief of Operations, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Director at Large, and Director at Large. The new positions of the Execuitve Board include: Recording Secretary, Director at Large, and Director at Large.

||The Organization has members. Membership shall consist of active members, associate members, and probationary members. All members will be listed by the Secretary according to their appropriate membership status.

||The election of the officers is held at the annual meeting. A simple majority of the membership represented shall constitue election to a particular office. Active members may vote if they have met the requirements of their membership status. Members on a leave of absence will be allowed to vote if they have attended a simple majority of the monthly meetings that have occurred since the start of the leave.

||The Executive Board prescribes policies as required to govern the affairs and conduct of the organization. Any change in policies or a new policy will be reviewed and approved by a quorom of the Executive Board. Any change in policies or any new policy must be posted for review by the general membership. Any decisions of policies made by the Executive Board may be appealed by the submission of a petition of a simple majority of the voting memebership. Petition must be submitted within 30 calendar days of posting.
