Form 990, Part III, Line 2	Opportunity Council began undertaking Housing Development activities, beginning with our first 9% LIHTC project, planned include 40 units of permanent supportive housing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A draft copy of the Form 990 is provided to the Board for review and discussion. The Finance Committee of the Board subsequently reviews the Final Form 990 in detail and recommends it to the Board for approval. The Board approves the Final Form 990 at a duly called meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Compliance with the conflict of interest policy is monitored regularly. If a possible conflict of interest is found, the interested party may make a presentation at the governing Board or committee meeting, but after the presentation, s/he shall leave the meeting during the discussion of, and vote on, the transaction or arrangement involving the possible conflict of interest.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for the Executive Director is set by the Board of Directors using a wage comparability study completed by consultants to the agency. This was last completed in 2015. The Executive Director has a signed employment agreement (from 2015). The CFO's compensation is reviewed by the Executive Director annually and is informed by the agency wage comparability study.
