Part I, Line 1a Campus housing was provided to David Van Zandt as a condition of employment for the convenience of the university, e.g. hosting faculty, staff, trustee, and fundraising events. Mr. Van Zandt's compensation includes $234,658 for housing and personal services (such as utilities and property upkeep). This amount is included in Part II, Column D.
