PART I, LINE 2: FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE SDSU FOUNDATION ARE TYPICALLY RESTRICTED BY THE DONOR FOR SPECIFIC SCHOLARSHIPS AND/OR PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES THE SELECTION CRITERIA TO THE SDSU FINANCIAL AID OFFICE, WHO USES THIS TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF STUDENTS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES DONOR-IMPOSED RESTRICTIONS ON PROGRAM FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT HEADS AND LEADERSHIP OF SOUTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY. REQUESTS ARE MONITORED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR PROPER AUTHORIZATION AND UTILIZATION.
