The Board, by a resolution adopted by a majority of the Directors in office, may designate and appoint one or more standing or temporary committees, each of which shall consist of such number of Directors, if any, as determined by the Board, and invest such committees with such powers as it may see fit, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Board, applicable Washington law and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Such committees shall include, but not be limited to, the Executive Committee, the Finance and Development Committee and the Program Committee. Each committee maintains minutes of meetings. |
