FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 15 COMPENSATION REVIEW FOR OFFICERS AND KEY EMPLOYEES THE ORGANIZATION'S BYLAWS PROVIDE THAT THE VOTING MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL SERVE AS THE ORGANIZATION'S CORPORATE OFFICER COMPENSATION COMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PRINCIPAL OFFICERS. THE COMMITTEE IS INDEPENDENT OF THE COMPENSATED OFFICERS. IN ADDITION TO THE COMPENSATION CONSULTANT'S RECOMMENDATIONS, FOR EACH POSITION (EXCEPT THAT OF THE CEO) THE COMMITTEE REVIEWS THE CEO'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND ASSESSMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE DURING THE PRIOR YEAR.
