The Compensation Committee reviews survey data, financial ability of the organization, and accomplishment of goals in order to determine compensation. A compensation consultant is also hired on an ongoing basis. Compensation is then reported to the Board of Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. The decisions and deliberations are documented in the committee minutes. This process was undertaken November, 2019 for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020.
