GRANTEES (PRIMARILY UNICEF COUNTRY OFFICES) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT PROJECTS ARE EXECUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEFINED TIMELINES AND MILESTONES AS SET FORTH IN THE GRANT. IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, SITE VISITS ARE MADE TO ASCERTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH GRANT AGREEMENTS.
