EACH MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION USING THE CLUB SUBSTANTIATES BUSINESS USE BY PROVIDING EVIDENCE TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DATE AND BUSINESS PURPOSE OF THE MEETING. IT IS THE POLICY OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT THE CLUB MAY ONLY BE USED FOR BUSINESS RELATED MEETINGS.
