Each Foundation position goes through a rigorous review process by the HR Department of The Home Depot, Inc., which provides this service on a pro bono basis to the Foundation. This review may include internal and external base pay comparisons, job complexity and responsibilities and appropriate career banding. Once a compensation level is established for a position, annual increases and bonuses, if any, are decided based upon macro-economic conditions, the financial stability of the Foundation and job performance. |
