SCHEDULE F, PART I, LINE 2 ORGANIZATION'S PROCEDURES FOR MONITORING USE OF GRANT FUNDS OUTSIDE U.S. ALL GRANTS IN SCHEDULE F ARE TO DOMESTIC 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE GRANTS OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO DESIGNATED FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS. THE MAJORITY OF GRANTS ISSUED BY THE ORGANIZATION ARE FOR GENERAL OPERATIONS FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. WHEN THE ORGANIZATION ISSUES A MULTI-YEAR GRANT FOR A SPECIFIED PURPOSE, A GRANT AGREEMENT IS PREPARED BETWEEN THE ORGANIZATION AND THE GRANTEE DETAILING BENCHMARKS THAT MUST BE ACHIEVED BY THE GRANTEE.
