SCHEDULE G, PART II: SHARE OUR STRENGTH IS A CO-BENEFICIARY ALONG WITH THE FOOD BANK FOR NEW YORK CITY OF THE NET PROCEEDS RAISED BY THE NEW YORK CITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL (NYCWFF). SHARE OUR STRENGTH'S ROLE IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACT REVIEW, FINANCIAL REPORTING, AND ACCOUNTING SUPPORT. THE ORGANIZATION CONSOLIDATES THE FESTIVAL'S ENTIRE FINANCIALS WITHIN SHARE OUR STRENGTH. THE PRESENTATION OF SHARE OUR STRENGTH'S FUNCTIONAL EXPENSE ALLOCATION AND BUSINESS MODEL IS MOST ACCURATELY REFLECTED WITH NYCWFF COSTS EXCLUDED.
