THEY MUST ALSO SIGN A MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING THAT OUTLINES OUR INTENTIONS FOR USE OF FUNDS AND THAT THEY AGREE TO USE THE FUNDS AS SPECIFIED. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WE REQUIRE REPORTS FROM EACH CHARITY THAT RECAPS HOW FUNDS WERE USED.
