Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Management presents the Form 990 to the Audit Committee for a detailed review. Once the Audit Committee has completed their review, management provides the return to the full Board of Trustees. The full board receives the Form 990 before it is filed with the IRS. The Form 990 is posted in the electronic board book and trustees are notified when the return is available. The organization has distributed Form 990 to the full board of trustees with the exception of donor information on Schedule B. Because of Schedule B's private and confidential nature, the organization has chosen not to disclose the identities and address of its donors.
