FOR PATIENT WITH MENTAL HEALTH HISTORY, THEY HAD AN AVERAGE OF 1 CONDITION (DEPRESSION AS THE MOST COMMON). FOR PATIENTS WITH A SUBSTANCE ABUSE HISTORY, THEY WERE USING AN AVERAGE 1.67 SUBSTANCES. EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT SHELTER EVENING PROGRAM OPERATED FROM JANUARY 11 THROUGH APRIL 9, AND OPENED FOR THE WINTER SEASON ON DECEMBER 13.
