THE VALUE OF THESE CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECIPIENT'S COMPENSATION. TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS: AS APPROVED BY SENIOR MANAGEMENT INFREQUENTLY WHERE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT DICTATES. THE VALUE OF THESE CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECIPIENT'S COMPENSATION. PERSONAL SERVICES: CAR AND SECURITY SERVICE IS APPROVED FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH BUSINESS RELATED TRAVEL.
