APPROXIMATELY $24 MILLION WAS AWARDED TO NEW YORK LAND BANKS, COMMUNITY LAND TRUSTS, AND OTHER HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS TO ADDRESS CRITICAL NEEDS HOUSING, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HOUSING, COVER GAPS IN FINANCING AND ASSIST HOUSING FINANCE AGENCIES.
