PART I, LINE 7 AS INDICATED IN SCHEDULE J, PART II, CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED DISCRETIONARY BONUSES BASED ON PERFORMANCE. THE CEO'S BONUS IS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, OTHER STAFF BONUSES ARE APPROVED BY THE CEO. THE BONUSES ARE TYPICALLY A RESULT OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS.
