Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The audit committee of the governing body reviews the form 990 with the preparer's firm and reports it's findings to the full governing body prior to filing. Additionally, the full board has electronic access to the 990 prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The Board of Directors is required to sign a conflict of interest disclosure statement listing any potential conflicts of interest and agreeing to alert the Board if any new conflict arises. Finance staff monitor vendor payments for related party activity.

The compensation is determined based on the three procedural requirements the organization must follow in order to create rebuttable presumption that the compensation is reasonable: 1. Adequate documentation of the basis for the determination concurrently with making that determination.
