GRANTEES (PRIMARILY UNICEF COUNTRY OFFICES) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT PROJECTS ARE EXECUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEFINED TIMELINES AND MILESTONES AS SET FORTH IN THE GRANT.
