THE OUTSIDE VENDOR PERFORMS OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE US FUND FOR UNICEF, WHICH CONSISTS OF TRANSPORTATION, PREPARATION, SALE AND TRANSFER OF TITLE OF ALL VEHICLES. THIS INCLUDES ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SUCH AS THE FILING OF FORM 1098-C AND OTHER TAX FORMS. THE OUTSIDE VENDOR COLLECTS ALL PAYMENTS AND PROVIDES THE CONSIDERATION RECEIVED TO UNICEF.
