Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a First-class or charter travel The President is required to travel extensively for RIT matters. Due to the amount of travel and the need to coordinate trips with the many other commitments for the position, the University pays for business class air travel (or its equivalent) for international travel and business/first class travel (or its equivalent) for domestic travel over three hours when the President travels for University business.
